The documentary film tells the story of Doug Sahm, the wild man musicians’ musician and unsung hero of Texas music who emerged as an international rock star leading the Sir Douglas Quintet.

The event will also feature director Joe Nick Patoski and is part of the Rock Hall’s celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love (1967).

FREE for Rock Hall members, $5.50 for non-members, FREE with paid Museum admission (if space permits). Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase before the screening.
